Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is soliciting proposals from retail bookstores on behalf of the Southfield Public Library to establish an agreement for purchasing books and audio-visual materials. This contract will cover the Library’s purchase of heavy demand items such as best sellers and to fill patron request for hard to obtain items such as print-on-demand titles (usually the works of local authors) and small press such as local histories.
