ITB-09-00061 - Municipal Building HVAC Upgrade Project - Phase II

Summary of Specifications:


1. Provide fence and gate for contractor staging area. 2. Remove, modify, rework and reinforce existing air handling unit screen wall framing enclosure on roof. 3. Disconnect existing roof top unit for existing services and rework ductwork, piping, conduit, etc. serving existing air handling units as required to accommodate new air handling units. 4. Disconnect existing lightning protection connection to allow removal of existing roof top units and reconnect to new roof top units as required. 5. Remove existing roof mounted air handler unit equipment curb flashings and provide new flashings for new unit installations (three (3) locations). 6. Patch existing roofing as required. 7. Remove and replace existing roof mounted multizone air handling unit and associated controls. 8. Remove and replace two (2) existing roof mounted constant volume air handling units and associated controls. 9. Provide new DDC controls for replaced multizone and constant volume air handling units. 10. Provide new duct smoke detectors and tie into existing fire alarm system. 11. Provide alternate bid to replace electrical feeders for replaced air handling units.
