25-004 - Pest Control Services

he City of Southfield is soliciting quotes from qualified companies to establish a contract for full treatment pest control services at various buildings owned by the City for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend for two additional 1-year periods. Services required under this contract will include but are not limited to ants, bees, fleas, mice, roaches etc. as well as bed bugs.  The City reserves the right to enter into a contract with one or more qualified firms to provide the necessary services and meet City demands.  The successful contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance acceptable to the City.  A copy of these requirements has been included for your review.
