Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2006, 2007, 2008 with the option of auditing its financial statements for subsequent fourth and fifth years (2009 and 2010). A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, September 18, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. local time in the Council Chambers located in the first floor of the Municipal Building, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, MI 48076. The purpose of this meeting will be to address any questions and clarify any aspects of this proposal document. Attendance at this meeting is required for any firm wanting to submit a response to the RFP.
