Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is seeking professional services to provide Full Service Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. The contract will be for three (3) years with two (2) one year extensions.

The selected firm will provide an effective and comprehensive Employee Assistance Program for City Employees and their household members and legal dependents, as well as provide additional professional expertise and counseling for specified situations, training and presentations to employees, as required.
