Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield/Southfield Growth Corporation (CoS/SGC) is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified companies to provide residential rehabilitation design services. These services will include all activities necessary to prepare plans and specifications for bidding through to construction contract administration.

The successful company (ies) will be required to enter into a contract with and provide proof of insurance coverage acceptable to the Cos/SGC.

The CoS/SGC reserves the right to award to more than one bidder, if that action is deemed to be in its best interest.
