Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is seeking bids on road materials and debris hauling services for the Parks & Recreation and Public Works Departments. Companies may offer prices on one or both lots. The quantities listed are approximations and are not guaranteed.

The contract term will be one (1) year from the date of Council approval with an option to extend at the same terms and conditions for an additional one year period.

The City’s preference is to contract with one company for all of the supply items and debris hauling. However, we reserve the right to split the award by item number or by lot or award on a low total basis for all items, whichever is deemed to be in our best interest.
