Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield, a municipal corporation, has prepared the enclosed Request for Proposals with the objective of seeking interest in the purchase and redevelopment of Sidwell Parcel #2412-235-026, a vacant parcel of land. The property is located along the eastern border of the City along Greenfield Road. The City has purchased and consolidated individual parcels within the block over the past 17 years with the use of Federal Community Development Block Grant monies. The location of the parcel, which is just across Greenfield Road from the Cities of Berkley and Royal Oak, has great development potential.
