Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield, Oakland County, Michigan, will receive bids at the office of the City Clerk, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, 48076 up to 1:00 P.M., Local Time on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 for the 2016 Infrastructure Program – Section 19– Edgewood Hills Watermain and Pavement Improvements. Bidders on this project must be pre-qualified by the City in Water Main Construction or Bituminous Paving Construction. Contractors who have not been prequalified are invited to submit pre-qualification packages by no later than May 19, 2016 by 5:00 P.M. per the requirements listed in the Contractor Qualifications – 2016 – 2018 Infrastructure Improvement Project on MITN.info (SOQ-16-033). Drawings and Specifications under which work is to be done will be distributed to prequalified contractors at the mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 26, 2016. A separate notice for this mandatory pre-bid meeting with specific time and location will be provided to all prequalified bidders on May 24, 2016.
