Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield, Oakland County, Michigan, will receive bids at the office of the City Clerk, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, 48076 up to 11:00 A.M., Local Time on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 for the 2016 Infrastructure Program – Section 25 Area 9 – Watermain, Sanitary and Road Replacement. Bidders on this project must be pre-qualified by the City in Water Main Construction or Concrete Paving Construction. Contractors who have not been prequalified are invited to submit pre-qualification packages by no later than May 19, 2016 by 5:00 P.M. per the requirements listed in the Contractor Qualifications – 2016 – 2018 Infrastructure Improvement Project, File SOQ-16-033 on the MITN.info website.
