Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield, Oakland County, Michigan, will receive request for qualifications for the Section 31 Water Main Replacement no later than 10:30 A.M., Local Time on Wednesday, March 12, 2014.

The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to request and assemble basic technical and economic information associated with contractors that may be interested in providing Water Main Replacement work for Section 31 within the City of Southfield. This pre-qualification process will document key performance qualifications (i.e. expertise, experience, personnel, and financial capabilities).

The City is seeking qualification statements from companies that: 1) have completed projects similar in nature, 2) can demonstrate expertise and experience, 3) have not been found to have defaulted on a contract or serious OSHA/MiOSHA citations.
