Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Simmons House Structural Repair Project. This project is to provide structural repairs to the Simmons House at 26080 Berg Road, Southfield, MI 48033. The work will include reinforcement to the existing first and second floors of an existing turn of the century dwelling and the leveling of the second floor. This work shall be accomplished in accordance with the drawings prepared by Sheppard Structural Consulting, P.C., Job No 08-013 (see specifications)
