Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is soliciting bids to establish contract pricing for interior and exterior window cleaning services in accordance with the attached specifications, proposed contract documents and insurance requirements at various city-owned buildings for a one year period, and may at the City’s option be renewed for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods at prices and terms mutually agreeable to the City and the Contractor. The city reserves the right to split the award by lot number. Responses must be delivered by Friday, April 1, 2005 at 2:00 p.m., local time to the Purchasing Agent, c/o the City Clerk’s Office.
