The replacement consists of the removal and replacement with a torch applied, HPR Modified Roof System and ancillary scopes of work. The City of Southgate has determined a minimum performance criteria as identified in the bid documents.
There is a mandatory pre-bid conference on site located at the above address on Wednesday, March 19 @ 10:00 am at City Hall. Bidders interested in submitting pricing on this project are required to have a representative present to gain familiarity with the project and site conditions.
