Summary of Specifications:
Reconfiguration of the southeast main entrance to Southgate City Hall to provide improved access for visitors and also meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Michigan Building Code (MBC) requirements. These requirements will be met by reworking the entry vestibule and doors along with associated work for a complete and functional entry. City Hall is located at 14400 Dix-Toledo Highway, Southgate, Michigan 48195. The work will also consist of the repair/replacement of the handicapped automatic remote door systems controlling the exterior Civic Center/Arena doors located at 14700 Reaume Parkway, Southgate, Michigan 48195.
