Police Station and Ice Rink Partial Roof Replacement
The City of Southgate is soliciting bids for a Partial Roof Replacements at their Police Station located at 14710 Reaume Parkway and the Ice Rink located at 14700 Reaume Parkway in Southgate. The replacement consists of removing the existing roofs and replacing with a two-ply, HPR Modified Roof System. The City of Southgate has determined a minimum performance criteria as identified in the bid documents.
There is a mandatory pre-bid conference on site located at the above addresses on May 16, at 10:am starting at the Ice Arena and moving over to the Police Station. Bidders interested in submitting pricing on this project are required to have a representative present to gain familiarity with the project and site conditions. Bid documents can be obtained from the City of Southgate Clerk’s Office located at 14400 Dix Toledo Road, Southgate, MI 48195.
Sealed bids are to be submitted to the clerk’s office at the City Hall Located at 14400 Dix Toledo Road, Southgate, MI no later than Tuesday May 28, at 12:00pm.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and /or portions of any proposal and/or to waive irregularities in proposals.
