RFI-LW-176 - Spouthgate Library Parking lot Recon & Nature Center Pathway

Summary of Specifications:
The proposed project consists of the complete removal and replacement of the 100’ by 200’ parking lot directly east of the Southgate Library with new asphalt pavement, approximately 2,350 SYD, in addition to the concrete sectioning of the Nature Center Pathway located East of Dix Toledo Rd., North of Pennsylvania Rd., West of Trenton Rd., and South of Leroy St. New storm sewer and sidewalk handicap ramps are also included as part of the project. The anticipated start date is 7/5/2016 and substantially completed by 8/31/2016 and final completion by 9/15/2016.
