Bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of St. Clair Shores before 10:30 am on
Tuesday, February 16, 2021. The envelopes containing the Bids must be sealed, addressed to Mary A.
Kotowski, City Clerk, City of St. Clair Shores, 27600 Jefferson, Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081
and marked with the name of the Project on the outside of the envelope. The bid may be mailed, emailed to marya@scsmi.net or dropped off in the white mailbox labeled “City Hall Drop Box” in front of City Hall (Jefferson Ave. side).

Bids will be opened and read aloud at 10:30 am on February 16, 2021 at City Hall in the Jefferson
Conference Room. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the bid is received before the bid
opening. All Proposals must be prepared and signed by the Bidder in the form attached hereto and
submitted in its entirety with no modifications or changes except as authorized.
