Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals will be received in the Office of the City Clerk located in the Municipal Building, 27600 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081 until 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at which time and place they shall be publicly opened and read aloud for the following: Assist the City of St. Clair Shores in renovating and rehabilitating foreclosed properties. Individuals or firms that are found to be qualified will be placed on a qualified vendor list and will be chosen for projects as they arise. A more detailed list of expectations is available in the Request for Qualifications Package which can be obtained online at www.mitn.info, requested by mail, or obtained at either the City Clerk’s Office or the Community Development Department. This is a Federally Funded project. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 24CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Documents.
