The successful bidder must be able to mobilize to a location in SCS when needed, construct the prescribed flood control barrier and provide the necessary documentation of work - before and after pictures detailing measurements of implemented improvements, itemized hours and material qualities per individual site for billing purposes.

Proposals must include a completed “Proposal” section from the bid document. Additional required information should be attached. A completed proposal may be mailed to addressed to Mary A. Kotowski, City Clerk, City of St. Clair Shores, 27600 Jefferson, Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081 and marked with the name of the Project, " Emergency Flood Control - 2020" on the outside of the envelope. , emailed to marya@scsmi.net or dropped off in the white mailbox labeled “City Hall Drop Box” in front of City Hall (Jefferson Ave. side). Bids will be opened and read aloud at 10:30am April 28, 2020. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the bid is received before the bid opening.
