110 - Fleet leasing and management

The City of St. Clair Shores is seeking proposals for the leasing, fleet management, and potential additional services as defined in Scope of Services section, of up to approximately thirty (30) Vehicles over a three (3) year period. THIS IS A NON- GUARANTEED AMOUNT CONTRACT. The City reserves the right to order any amount of leased vehicles and additional services it deems in the best interest of the city.
The City intends to award a multiple year contract lease that will allow ordering to occur throughout athree (3) year period with seven (7) one (1) year option period(s) upon mutual agreement with the successful bidder and the City of St. Clair Shores. Replacement or additional vehicles will be ordered under line items, and at prices applicable to the ordering period current at the time the replacement is made. Prices for future year ordering periods will be presented to the City by the awarded vendor in a timely fashion near the beginning of each ordering period. The City may accept or reject any future lease pricing. Bidders will only submit pricing for the first ordering period time response to this RFP.
