ITB-SH03-051 - 2004/2005 Bus Service for Summer Playground Field Trips

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is accepting sealed bids for 2004/2005 BUS SERVICE FOR SUMMER PLAYGROUND FIELD TRIPS to cover the period of June and July 2004 and 2005. Trip arrangements will be completed by the City of Sterling Heights staff with buses only provided by the successful vendor. 

Vendor must be able to provide round trip transportation for ten (10) one-day trips per year. 

Each trip will require from two (2) to six (6) motor coaches. Note: Motor coaches include buses with or without restroom facilities. 

A price per bus shall be valid for each trip. Your bid shall be valid for any trip approximately 6 hours in duration with travel in the Detroit metropolitan area (Sterling Heights, Madison Heights, Troy or Clinton Township). 

Bid price is based on a 43-passenger bus with driver.
