The cities of Birmingham, Eastpointe, Farmington Hills, Livonia, Madison Heights, Novi, Rochester Hills, Royal Oak, St. Clair Shores, Southfield, Sterling Heights, Troy, Warren, Waterford, Wayne County Airport Authority, West Bloomfield and Westland herein known as the "cooperative" are jointly requesting sealed bid proposals for the purchase of gasoline and diesel fuel, as described below, in truck transport and tank wagon deliveries for the period of February 1, 2004 through January 31, 2006 with an option to extend for two additional years through mutual consent, under the same terms and conditions.
