ITB-SH05-CP05_107 - CP #05-107: Sterling Manor Subdivision Pavement Reconstruction

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is accepting sealed bids for Sterling Manor Subdivision Pavement Reconstruction and Ryan Road Lane Taper. 

The Sterling Manor Subdivision Pavement Reconstruction work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace approximately 9,000 s.y. of concrete pavement, place 11,000 s.y. of 6” aggregate base, install 4000 l.f. of 6” edge drain, remove and replace approximately 1300 s.y. of 6” concrete drives, and to perform other associated work as itemized in the proposal. 

The Ryan Road Lane Taper work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary install a 350 linear foot lane taper consisting of 175 s.y. of concrete pavement, 150 syd of asphalt pavement, 80 syd of gravel shoulder, and to perform other associated work as itemized in the proposal.
