Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking sealed bids for senior citizen luncheon dances, luncheons and dinners to be held at the vendor's site. Pricing should include the cost of food, hall with accommodations for dancing, place settings, pop, coffee, tea and milk, complimentary coat check, wait staff, setups and 1-2 bartenders with a cash bar. Award will be for a three (3) year period commencing July, 2005 and ending June 30, 2008. This contract may be extended for an additional two (2) year period upon mutual consent of both parties.
