The City of Sterling Heights, in cooperation with Integrated Design Solutions and Roncelli, Inc., is undertaking renovations to the four major facilities situated on the Richard J. Notte City Center campus (collectively the project). Funding for this project has been secured through the sale of capital improvement bonds in 2018. A general description of the renovations and upgrades to be completed under this project is set forth in the narratives and documents included in this ITB.

Event Note

Interested contractors are highly recommended to attend to ask questions they may have in preparation of their proposal. Administrative staff from the City of Sterling Heights, Roncelli, Inc. (Construction Manager), and Integrated Design Solutions (Architect of Record) will be present to address any questions raised by participants. A walking tour of the four project facilities will be available for firm representatives at the conclusion of the pre-proposal meeting. Pre review all solicitation docments prior.
