ITB-SH04-004 - Contractual Landscaping Svcs to make Sites Conform with City Code

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking sealed bids to perform landscape and cleanup projects on an "as needed" basis. The work contemplated by the specifications consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment and manpower. This work will be requested from the appropriate vendor from award of bid by City Council for a two (2) year period, weather permitting and will be performed on an "as needed" basis. 

Removal of trash and debris on vacant and residential properties may occur several times a year. Typical items would include, but not be limited to, discarded furniture, mattresses, car parts, tree branch piles, loose trash, construction materials, leaves, papers, concrete, etc.
