Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights, Michigan is accepting sealed proposals for CUSTODIAL / JANITORIAL SERVICES until TUESDAY, APRIL 22, 2014 at 2:30 P.M. in the Office of the City Clerk, 40555 Utica Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48313. A walk thru of facilities will take place on TUESDAY, APRIL 15, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. in City Council Chambers located in City Hall, 40555 Utica Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48313. The City invites response from any custodial – janitorial service company that is qualified and is willing to meet the minimum requirements as stated in this Request for Proposals. The specifications and requirements will assist in the procurement of the highest quality services possible to meet the requirements and needs of the City. The submission of a proposal hereunder shall be considered evidence that the contractor is satisfied with respect to the conditions to be encountered, and the character, quantity, and quality of the work to be performed.
