Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking bids for the complete construction of a salt storage building to be built in the rear yard of the Department of Public Works facility located at 7200 18 Mile Road. Your bid should be based on furnishing all materials and the complete construction of this salt storage building, including concrete flooring and demolition and disposal of existing salt storage dome and miscellaneous site work. 

All interested and proposed contractors will meet on Friday, June 27, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. at the Department of Public Works Facility located at 7200 18 Mile Road, Sterling Heights. The purpose of this meeting is to familiarize potential bidders with the site where this salt storage building is to be constructed and discuss the scope of the project.
