Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking sealed bids on the demolition and removal of the building and structures located at 40214 Dodge Park, Sidwell #10-14-151-004. WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY JULY 1, 2005.

The work includes the Demolition and Removal of the 1,468 square foot ranch-style house with partial basement and appurtenances; including garage, shed, swing set, air conditioning unit, fences, three (3) bird feeder poles; patio blocks, concrete or masonry slabs/patio; walks and walls; sign poles; footings; basement floors, walls; and removal of the circular driveway.

Plug abandoned well per Macomb County Health Department requirements. Abandon Septic tank and field per MCHD requirements.

Repair any public sidewalk damaged by demolition and removal of the building.

Install any necessary temporary soil erosion control measures.
