Description

Summary of Specifications:
Preparation of construction drawings for the complete replacement of boilers, chillers, furnaces, and hot water tanks including all related electrical services, any pumps, associated piping, pneumatic controls, gas lines, asbestos abatement, etc. Provide integrated DDC controls for all new and existing equipment including replacement of all pneumatic controls. Provide a Web-based building automation system with capacity to expand to all Sterling Heights facilities that is BacNET based and BTL listed. Additional engineer responsibilities will be covered in the specifications handed out at the Pre-Proposal Meeting on July 21, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in City Hall Council Chambers.
