RFP-SH04-002 - Homeland Security Consultant/Contractor

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights has received grant funding and is requesting proposals from firms or individuals who have experience in Homeland Security Planning. The City will be reviewing these qualifications and selecting a limited number of firms/individuals to schedule interviews. 

The initial term of this agreement is expected to be approximately one (1) year, effective June 2, 2004 – April 30, 2005. The term may be extended for additional one (1) year periods depending upon grant funding available. 

The successful Consultant/Contractor will conduct a Community Threat Assessment and develop Target Integrated Emergency Response plans, and provide an Emergency Evacuation Plan as indicated within the agreement.
