Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is soliciting sealed proposals for an inmate telephone monitoring system for the Police Department jail. This Request for Proposal is intended to result in a three (3) year contract for the provision of turn-key single integrated prisoner telephone systems for the Police Department. The system shall include telephones, inter and intra LATA service, call control, monitoring and recording, software that may compliment the system, installation and any training as necessary at no cost to the City.
