Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of paper and envelopes. All bid prices shall remain in effect for at least ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening to allow for the award of the bid and that, if chosen the successful vendor, the prices bid will remain firm for 1 YEAR from the date of the award of the bid. Your bid will be rejected if pricing is not firm for one year. However, prices may be subject to revision if evidence of general industry changes are submitted. Revisions may be either increases or decreases and may be requested by either party. Requests for price changes shall be received in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to their effective date and are subject to written acceptance before becoming effective. Orders shall reflect the current price at the time of delivery.
