Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking sealed bids for steel/metal playground equipment, swings, benches, a handicap/wheelchair ramp, and accessible ground cover to be located at Farmstead Park. Include detailed plans of all proposed equipment. Layout drawings should include dimensions and color photos. The City is asking for three proposals.

Any existing playground equipment will be removed by the City. The existing groundcover and drainage material will be removed by the contractor. Farmstead Park is located at 12112 Clinton River Road, west of Schoenherr.
