Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking sealed bids for rental of mats and mop heads and cleaning of City owned mats. The contract will run for a two year period with an option to extend for an additional year.

THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DELETE OR ADD QUANTITIES THROUGHOUT THE TERM OF THIS CONTRACT.

Floor mats must be changed every two weeks during the winter months until April 1, and once a month during the summer months until December 1. Mats must be changed at all locations on the same day. Mops are to be replaced once a month.
