Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking sealed bids for furnishing of water service materials to be used by the Department of Public Works. All quantities are estimated and may vary substantially during the course of the contract. Estimated quantities are used for assisting in determination of the lowest responsible bidder.
