The City of Taylor Central Purchasing Division is requesting a quick quote on behalf of the City of Taylor Animal Shelter as specified below. Project Location: Taylor Animal Shelter 25555 Northline Rd Taylor, MI 48180 Project Description: Specifications ● Saw cut around perimeter of areas of delaminated existing floor system. Remove these areas down to base concrete, prep concrete to create good adhesion for patch material. ● Patch areas with Epoxy mortar system to level of surrounding areas. Any chips small, cracks shall be filled with an epoxy patching compound. ● Prepare exiting floor system by diamond grinding to promote good adhesion with new flooring system. ● Apply flooring system with a nominal thickness of nominal thickness of 10 mils with pigment throughout. Apply a two-coat epoxy sealer to the floor system. ● Remove, replace or repair any damaged or missing floor drains to specifications of existing floor drains.
