RFQ-RM-10-25-2017-001 - CDBG Furnace Repalcement

Scope of Work.
The City of Taylor is soliciting bids for CDBG Residential. This is a Federally Funded construction project and is subject to compliance with all applicable Federal Labor Standards, but is exempt from Davis Bacon Act. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount shall be required upon execution of the contract and prior to beginning work.

Case #2017-06
Replace current unit with a 90% Energy Efficient Furnace.
Field verify existing furnace size, dimensions and output.
Replace existing furnace with same energy efficient furnace to match existing 60,000 BTU output.
Give Option with upgrading furnace output to 80,000 BTU output.
Reconnect existing duct work, electrical and gas piping as required per code.
