Fletcher Park CDBG Pickleball and Bocce Ball Courts
I. INTRODUCTION
The City of Taylor, Michigan desires proposals for the design and installation of 4 pickleball courts and two bocce ball courts, the courts are to be located within Fletcher Park along Pardee Road south of Northline Road. The City is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified Supplier/Contractor to perform all necessary construction of a non-supervised public park. This project is Federally Funded through HUD Community Development Block Grant.
II. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The City of Taylor requires Contractors to provide complete bids for the construction of the four pickleball courts and two bocce ball courts with all accessories and containment fencing. The proposals shall include all costs associated with the construction, permit fees will be waived by the city.
Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The Owner reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of the bid opening.
The Contractor shall be aware the per CDBG Federal Funds, no less than prevailing salaries and wages noted in the General Wage Decision (Federal Wage Determination) shall be paid on this Project.
