The City of Taylor is soliciting bids for CDBG Residential Window Replacement. This is a Federally Funded construction project and is subject to compliance with all applicable Federal Labor Standards, but is exempt from Davis Bacon Act. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount shall be required upon execution of the contract and prior to beginning work.

9447 Blaty – Case #2021-08 Lower Level – (4) 35”x47” sliders, (1) 35”x35” frosted glass slider, (1) 35”x95” 3 pane slider. Mid Level – 70”x71” fixed - tempered, (1) 35”x35” slider, (1) 70”x35” fixed window - tempered. Upper Level – (5) 35”x47” sliders, (1) 35”x35” frosted glass slider. Sun Room - 3 unit window with half round transom – overall 49”x78” tempered glass ( half round transom to remain if it is not part of the overall unit) Replacement windows are to be energy efficient vinyl windows with Low-E coating and to include screens. All window sizes to be field measured and verified by contractor. All work is to meet local code inspection standards.
