SPECIFICATIONS:
 

• Quantity 165 Color Dark grey (or other Premium Color TBD) -Club Car Tempo Lithium-Ion electric, EZgo RXV electric, or Yamaha Drive2 Electric Powertech LI, or equivalent,
  • Cart should come with information holder, wheel covers, canopy, bag cover, premium hinged windshields, and comfort grip steering wheel. (80) of the (165) will require furnishing and installation of permanent mount tow bars that stored out of the way.  Carts will need to be stickered in 3 locations (1-85 for one fleet, 1-80 for the other).

• Quantity 2 Gas Beverage Car with Beverage Insert, 800lbs bed capacity. Insert must hold at least (360) 12-ounce cans plus 80lbs of ice. Must be Fuel Injected. 1 Car must also have Tow Bar installed.
• Quantity 1 driving range picker.  Minimum 300lb towing bed capacity.  Minimum 800lb towing capacity.  Minimum 5 gang picker system (tangle free system).  Preinstalled safety shield.  Solids safety glass windshield.
• Quantity 2 minimum 6-passenger cart.  Gas or electric.
• Quantity 2 gas, ranger golf cars equipped with information holder, wheel covers, canopy, bag cover, premium hinged windshields and comfort grip steering wheel.

• Proposed delivery date of June 1st, 2024 or sooner
• Each course will also need 10 spare tires for a total of 20 spare tires.
• Indicate hourly charges for repairs by your staff;
• Indicate any training programs available for our in-house maintenance staff;
• Include a summary of the Warranty that covers the vehicles in your bid;
  • Full 4 year minimum on batteries with no limits on hours, rounds or energy units.
    • Rotation of the fleet will be +/- 10% of average usage in fleet.
  • 4 year minimum warranty on all electronic components.
  • Warranty repairs must be completed within 72 hours of problems reported to repair facility.
• Include any enhancements or optional equipment that may improve the customer experience or assist with the employees’ duties as a Ranger, note any additional cost;
• The City of Taylor would like the option of receiving four (4) carts up to five (5) times a year for city events up to 7 days loan and one (1) Beverage cart up to 3 days loan. At no charge to the City of Taylor.
• Payment options: would like a proposal for a cash purchase and a four year lease with monthly payments in which the City of Taylor owns the equipment at the expiration of the lease.  The City of Taylor reserves the right to find their own financing
• The City of Taylor reserves the right to exclude line items from the proposal
• The City of Taylor will be trading in one hundred sixty five (165) 2019 Club Car Tempo sport electric vehicles.
