Scope of Work
The City of Taylor is accepting proposals from qualified contractors for interior painting at Taylor DPW located at, 25605 Northline Rd Taylor, MI, 48180.  

DPW front offices to have all wallpaper removed and skim coated, 2 primer coats and 2 finish coats paint, and new vinyl base molding repair any holes and cracks, or water damage to dry wall. there are 5 offices, 1 brake room, 1 conference room, 1 common room, 3 bathrooms, hallway, 1 sitting area and skylight. Color will be chosen later. all vinyl base molding to be removed and replace. Vender will be responsible for moving furniture.
 Refinish all office wooden doors, Paint 2 doors going to garage
