The City of Taylor Central Purchasing Division is requesting a quick quote on behalf of the Taylor Department of Public Works as specified below for Window Glass Replacement.

Project Description:
 DPW Directors office
o Demo/Removal of existing brick to gain access to steel lentils (remove ceiling as needed). Removal and replacement of steel lentils. Size to be determined upon removal of existing lentils. Replace all glass and window walls and add door access to window wall; Must be an egress door. (2) windows must open outward on the window wall.
o Door must be installed on the SW corner of the window wall.
o Deliver/install new brick to match existing as close as possible.
o Grind out/ tuck point misc. broken mortar joints above the sides of windows.
o Labor, disposal and material (Removal of all debris from DPW)
o We will assess drywall after repairs to brick are completed.
