The City of Taylor is accepting proposals for the
GODDARD ROAD AND PARDEE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
in the City of Taylor, Wayne County, Michigan
The proposed project consists of the milling and resurfacing of the full width of Pardee Road from
Superior Street to Beverly Street, Goddard Road from Inkster to Beech Daly and Goddard Road from
Pardee Road to Allen Road, including any necessary concrete base repairs, joint and crack repairs,
ADA sidewalk ramp upgrades, signs, and pavement markings. This project also includes the removal
of three traffic signals and installation of 3 mast arm traffic signals. The 2021 Contract Year work is
anticipated to start April 15, 2021 and be completed for the contract year by November 15, 2021. The
2021 Contract Year work is anticipated to start April 15, 2022 and be completed for the contract year
by November 15, 2022.
