On behalf of The City of Taylor, Community Development Department, HUD funded programs to include Taylor Community Development Corporation (a non-profit corporation), Taylor Cares LLC and other eligible activities; the bidder shall submit a standard flat hourly rate fee for all services as detailed but not limited to the following:
