RFP-Court-2022-01-07-002 - IT Managed Services

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the 23rd District Court (“Court”) to obtain proposals from vendors with experience in providing IT managed services, as further described in this document.

The Court is seeking bids from qualified information technology service providers to provide managed services for its IT environment. The key objective for this project is to partner with a vendor that can provide a broad range of high caliber IT managed services. The vendor must understand the specific needs and challenges of the Court and be able to provide a high level of service to key stakeholders and end users. Additionally, the selected vendor is expected to address the following key IT focus areas:
• Delivering high-touch customer service for all aspects of the service offering
• Providing proactive recommendations to improve the user experience with technology
• Exhibiting technical excellence for all supported technologies
• Executing projects and tasks according to project plans and schedules
