Description

The City of Taylor is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced Property Assessing Firms to provide comprehensive property assessing services. The information contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP) is provided to give prospective responders background information to allow for the preparation of complete proposals.

The City is requesting proposals for two options. First option would be a full service operation where the firm would be responsible for all functions of the assessing department and provide staffing as needed. The second option would be to provide agreed upon services and provide supervision and direction to city employees assigned to the assessing department. Please use the attached pricing sheet for the firm’s response.
