Removal of existing fixtures per the specification below. Installation of new fixtures specification below.

Two spin studio bathrooms (Men/Women)
New stalls

Two locker room bathrooms (Men/Women)
New stalls
New toilet fixtures

New tiles bathroom area only.
New paint throughout except men’s lockers.

Specific to just the locker rooms:
Shower area in both locker rooms must be completely redone. This includes any and all shower fixtures. New shower stalls need to be installed. Shower area needs to be completely retiled.

Men’s Locker Room

1. Ceiling in shower area shall be replaced.
2. Replace large mirror in entry of locker room
3. Add Changing Station.

2. Change from 3 sinks to 2 sinks.
3. Raise floor as needed.
4. Replace floor in foyer leading to bathrooms

   2. The right opening or current counter will be closed with a wall.
   3. Lighting will be completed by city.

       The second option is to completely remodel and kick-out the front counter. Colors and materials will be chosen at a later date.
