Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084

A cashier's check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $500.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid will be returned to the successful bidder upon submission of the specified, acceptable Insurance Certificates.
